Asif Qadir is the Former Chief Executive Officer of Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd and currently a Director on the board of EPCL. He holds a Degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, New York. He joined Exxon Chemical Pakistan Ltd. in 1978, and has held key assignments with the Company and with Esso Chemical Alberta Ltd., Canada. He serves on the Boards of Engro Corporation Ltd., Engro Fertilizers Ltd., Engro PowerGen Ltd., Engro Powergen Qadirpur Ltd., Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company Ltd., Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Ltd and Jin Kwang JAZ (Pvt) Ltd. He is Chairman of the Board for Engro Polymer Trading (Pvt) Ltd, Inbox Business Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. and Unicol Ltd
